The Organisation Checks accelerate transformations.

It integrates strategies, structures and culture into the development and focuses on the existing potential of a company.

It is based on qualitative interviews with a representative group of people in your company.

The results are prepared as a systemic force field analysis that shows where blockades for change exist, but also where potential for transformation.

Interventions are then applied where they are supported by positive energy and achieve the greatest effect. This makes successes quickly visible and resistance can be avoided or reduced.
Based on the results of the organisational checks and ProMove TM's many years of experience, a tailored Leadership Academy can be set up.
