A Leadership Check is a 360-degree leadership feedforward system. Based on the company's core values (if there are none, we will help develop them), we work together to design the relevant leadership dimensions that we want to strengthen in the future.

We then measure how employees, peers and line managers live these leadership dimensions.

Depending on the initial situation and the feedforward from the respondents, the managers can then undergo a leadership or executive coaching.
ProMove TM offers coachings for all hierarchic levels worldwide. The coaching sessions take place on site or online.

We work with a stable network of 200 coaches with whom we have had very good experiences for years.

All coaches use the platform's methods and tools to ensure that coachees worldwide are guided by the same leadership principles a company wants us to deploy.

At the start of each process, we offer coachees a choice of three coaches to work with.

The Organisation Checks accelerate transformations.

It integrates strategies, structures and culture into the development and focuses on the existing potential of a company.

It is based on qualitative interviews with a representative group of people in your company.

The results are prepared as a systemic force field analysis that shows where blockades for change exist, but also where potential for transformation.

A leadership academy consists of short, interlocking developmental impulses in the desired languages over a certain period of time. These can be delivered both on-site and online. Between the development impulses, guided buddy work is carried out with the participants in order to implement what has been learned into their own practice.

However, they underestimate the effect that real transformation can have on them.
