He has supplemented his training with a federal patent as a company mentor/coach. He is also used to conducting team workshops as a facilitator.

Business Administration from the University of Fribourg, over 20 years of professional experience in the areas of financial management, human resources and coaching. Certified member of the Swiss Ethics Coaching Association, specialising in professional reintegration, challenges in the business world, stress management, self-organisation and communication, Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in job coaching and active job placement, federal diploma as a supervisor coach. She has been running and managing her own coaching company since 2019.
